Dare to Be Visible – Terms and Conditions

Lovimy LLC – Group Program Enrollment Agreement

These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants enrolling in the Dare to Be Visible program offered by Lovimy LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “Company”) and form a binding agreement upon enrollment. This applies to all paid versions of the program and excludes free trainings, private mentorship, or self-paced digital-only products.

1. Professional Conduct

You agree to participate with integrity, respect, and professionalism toward fellow participants, facilitators, and team members. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program without access to future sessions or cohorts.

2. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, recordings, workbooks, and proprietary frameworks shared during the program are protected under copyright and remain the exclusive property of Lovimy LLC. You may not share, copy, distribute, or reproduce program content in any format without written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

3. Educational and Informational Purpose Only

The Dare to Be Visible program is designed for personal and professional development. It does not constitute therapy, legal advice, or financial consulting. Your results depend on your own commitment and action. You agree to take full responsibility for the decisions and outcomes you experience during and after the program.

4. Use of Name, Image & Contributions

By participating, you grant Lovimy LLC the right to use your image, voice, name, and any feedback or contributions (written or verbal) for promotional, testimonial, and educational purposes, unless you request in writing to opt out. This includes posts in private communities or group coaching sessions.

5. Media Release

Live sessions (virtual or in person) may be recorded for internal use, training, or future educational content. By enrolling, you consent to being recorded and having your likeness used in a respectful manner aligned with the mission of the program.

6. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to schedule conflicts, change of circumstances, or lack of participation. Please enroll with full commitment.

7. Payment Terms

By enrolling, you agree to pay the full program fee—either in full or through an approved payment plan. If using a payment plan, you authorize Lovimy LLC to charge your card according to the selected schedule. Failure to keep up with payments may result in removal from the program. No extensions or pauses are available once the program begins.

8. Completion & Access

Access to materials, coaching calls, replays, or bonus content is available only during your active cohort. Extensions or rollovers are not permitted beyond the one-time reschedule option. You are responsible for attending sessions and completing coursework during the program timeline.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through confidential mediation before any legal proceedings are initiated.

10. Non-Disparagement

You agree not to make any negative or disparaging remarks—online or offline—about Lovimy LLC, the Dare to Be Visible program, or any of its team members or participants. We agree to treat you with the same respect and professionalism.
